It assigns each appointment a risk score from 0 to 100. Appointments above a threshold automatically receive personalised, warm reminder messages at the optimal time before the appointment. During the AI consultation process, AURUM™ collects details about the patient's concerns and treatment interests. Based on this, it generates a personalised before and after simulation — tailored to the specific treatment being considered. This is sent to the patient before they arrive at the clinic. It is comprehensive. We do not hand you a system and leave you to figure it out.
